Julie Sceeny
With a teaching career spanning nearly two decades and over 15,000 classes taught, Julie brings a rare depth of experience, warmth, and expertise to the Kineticore team. She is a certified instructor in both Yoga and Pilates, holding multiple international qualifications including her Stott Pilates Level 1 & 2 certifications, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and advanced training in anatomy and specialist populations (including prenatal, scoliosis, and osteoporosis).
Julie has spent the past decade in senior leadership roles at studios in Amsterdam, Bangkok, and Barcelona—training teachers, designing curriculums, managing large teaching teams, and ensuring the highest quality instruction. She has led more than 25 teacher training courses and is deeply passionate about mentoring others on their movement journey.
Outside the studio, Julie is also an author. Her recent publications include Change – A Book for Yoga Teachers and a beautifully illustrated children’s book, Sam the Sunflower, with more books on the way.

Nina Ferguson
Nina discovered Pilates back in 2008 whilst living and working in Spain. She quickly became an enthusiast and went on to train with Polestar Pilates to become a comprehensively trained instructor, meaning she is qualified to teach on all pieces of equipment. Nina has a passion for movement that leaves both your body and mind feeling fabulous. Her classes focus on finding your body’s best alignment throughout each exercise to increase its effectiveness, helping improve your posture, mobility and deep core muscles. She is currently working through a mentorship programme learning a Whole Body Pelvic Health Method, to help women bring balance back to their pelvis and whole body to create an environment for healing pelvic floor dysfunction.
Ben Ash
Ben discovered craniosacral therapy in 2002 and immediately felt a deep personal connection with the work. Since then, it has been a cornerstone of his self-care and healing journey. Following a personal health challenge in 2013, he experienced firsthand the profound ability of craniosacral therapy to support the body in processing stress, overwhelm, and fragmentation in a safe, gentle, and effective way.
As a practitioner, Ben creates a calm, non-judgmental space where clients can reconnect with their embodied sense of self. He approaches each session with openness, working with the unique expressions of health that emerge in each individual. His experience spans a wide range of presentations, including trauma, post-natal recovery, babies, stress, anxiety, and depression.
In addition to his clinical practice, Ben has contributed to practitioner training at the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (2016–2020), where he served as a tutor, teacher, and teaching clinic coordinator. He also tutored on the Living Anatomy training in 2016.
Ben is a dedicated father and credits his daughter as one of his greatest teachers—especially in learning about patience, limits, and love.
