For some people, one-to-one training is much more beneficial. If there is something specific you would like to work on, if you have a condition or need to rehabilitate after an injury, illness, or pregnancy, then personal training may be for you.

I was keen to start reformer pilates as it had been raved about by friends and colleagues so I was delighted when I discovered a studio had opened in Sunbury.
I started classes with Nina at Kineticore in December 2025 with the hope to build overall strength and to do what I can to avoid future risks to my back and posture as I work mainly on my feet. 5 months in and I can see definite improvement in my strength and balance and it's so rewarding to notice little everyday things becoming easier.
I leave each class with a feeling of calm and relaxation and that is absolutely credit to the atmosphere created by Nina and Rohanna in their classes, the set up in the studio itself and the level of care and instruction permitted by the intimate class sizes.
I love it so much that I recommend it to everyone and I've even got my 68 year old Dad (who has never done anything like this before) involved and he too is feeling the benefits of his 1-1 sessions.

Had my introductory session with Nina for Reformers Pilates , I felt like I was taught the ins and outs of the machine itself and how to use it safely, we worked on a few exercises so I could become more comfortable and informed for my upcoming classes.
