Rohanna Eade
REFORMER PILATES
Rohanna has been teaching Pilates since 2012. Her teaching style is encouraging and supportive with a touch of humour to keep sessions enjoyable. She finds the greatest joy in hearing how Pilates has helped her clients improve their overall well-being.
Her journey into Pilates was via dance and she has always been passionate about movement and anatomy. Over the years she has done many different types of further training, most recently qualifying as a massage therapist.

Julie Sceeny
REFORMER PILATES
With a teaching career spanning nearly two decades and over 15,000 classes taught, Julie brings a rare depth of experience, warmth, and expertise to the Kineticore team. She is a certified instructor in both Yoga and Pilates, holding multiple international qualifications including Stott Pilates Level 1 & 2, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and advanced training in anatomy and specialist populations.
Julie has spent the past decade in senior leadership roles at studios in Amsterdam, Bangkok, and Barcelona. She has led more than 25 teacher training courses and is also an author with her publications including ”Change – A Book for Yoga Teachers” and ”Sam the Sunflower”.

Nina Ferguson
REFORMER PILATES
Nina discovered Pilates in 2008 whilst living and working in Spain. She trained with Polestar Pilates to become a comprehensively trained instructor, qualified to teach on all pieces of equipment. Her classes focus on finding your body's best alignment to improve posture, mobility and deep core muscles.
She is currently working through a mentorship programme learning a Whole Body Pelvic Health Method, to help women bring balance back to their pelvis and whole body.

Ben Ash
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPIST
Ben discovered craniosacral therapy in 2002 and immediately felt a deep personal connection with the work. Following a personal health challenge in 2013, he experienced firsthand the profound ability of craniosacral therapy to support the body in processing stress, overwhelm, and fragmentation in a safe, gentle, and effective way.
His experience spans trauma, post-natal recovery, stress, anxiety, and depression.

Lizzie Bagley
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Lizzie is a qualified advanced clinical massage therapist (Jing Method™). Lizzie is passionate about the power and benefits of soft tissue therapy. Her focus in every treatment is achieving maximum results using a fusion of techniques to ensure relaxation of the mind and body whilst addressing issues in the soft tissues that may be causing pain, discomfort or reduced range of motion in joints.
Lizzie trained in massage in 2018 at St Mary's University, completing advanced studies with the Jing Institute of Massage and Complementary Medicine in 2023.

I have been attending Rohanna's Pilates classes for over a year having stumbled across them when looking for a local teacher.
Rohanna is a great communicator, making the classes fun as well as hugely beneficial.
I have been to Rohanna's classes in Sunbury, had an excellent personal session on the reformer (give it a go - its amazing!), done the on-line sessions and now am a regular at the Zoom classes.
These classes give you feedback that you wouldn't get with the on-line sessions however Rohanna is great at explaining everything and giving options to fit everyone's individual ability.
My preference is attending classes as I enjoy the interaction with others, but how fantastic having different options to choose from if you can't make a class.
Has it changed anything? Oh yes! My back is stronger, my core is stronger and my posture is definitely better.
I would highly recommend Rohanna and the classes, no matter which format.
