GENERAL

  • Description text goes hereWear comfortable clothing that you can move in. It doesn't need to be anything specific. For hygiene and safety you will need some grip socks. These can be purchased from the studio or you can buy your own.

  • There is plenty of free parking around the studio. There are no parking restrictions. As well as parking on Peregrine Road itself the closest roads to the studio are Nursery Road, Laytons Lane, Evelyn Crescent and Stratton Road.

  • All classes are 50 minutes. Please allow between five and ten minutes before your class to arrive and get your grip socks on!

  • There is a maximum of six people per class.

  • Get in touch and we will help you resolve any issues you are having.

  • We all have times when we have a cold or are feeling unwell. We have factored this into the cost of your membership already which is significantly less than the drop-in rate. We also give you the flexibility to change your class via the booking system.

  • You can change your regular class booking via the booking system. Here is a short how to video showing you how.

  • Your membership is based upon you receiving classes 49 weeks of the year. Check our times page or pricing page for holiday dates. Generally speaking we will close for two weeks at Christmas and one week at Easter.

  • Once you completed your Introductory Offer classes, we’ll discuss your next steps and arrange your membership plan then.

  • Let us know if you would like to cancel your membership and we will cancel your subscription. You can also do this via your bank if you are concerned. There is a 30 day notice period, but if you have already paid for a month then your membership would continue for the month that you have paid for.
