Membership Structure & Studio Schedule

Your monthly fee is based on the number of classes you attend weekly.

Kineticore operates for 49 weeks of the year, closing for:

  • 2 weeks at Christmas

  • 1 week at Easter

Your membership cost is spread evenly across the year to keep your payments consistent each month.


Your membership guarantees you a regular weekly class at your chosen time.
Once you select your class slot, it is yours — no weekly booking required.

If you’d like to change your regular class time, we’re happy to help whenever space allows.

The weekly plan is designed to support consistency, progress, and community.  It is important that you are in a class at a suitable level for you.

If you can’t attend your regular class, you may be able to move it to an alternative time.  You can manage this through your online customer account (login is available on our website). 

If you’re not sure which class suits your level, please ask — we’re happy to guide you.  Please keep any rescheduling within the current month.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the class being forfeited, as we are unlikely to fill the space at short notice.


Payments & Cancelling Your Plan

Membership payments are taken by Direct Debit on the same date each month.

There is no minimum notice period for cancelling your membership — you may cancel at any time. Please let us know and we can cancel your subscription.

When you cancel, your membership simply continues for a full month following the date of your last payment.


We may occasionally need to change your class teacher.

All purchases are final, and no refunds are offered.
